Goldsworth Place is a highly prominent office building of 73,000 sq. ft. The first and second floors, totalling 38,421 sq. ft, are currently being refurbished to an exceptional standard. In addition, the reception and common parts will also be refurbished and re-modelled to provide an impressive arrival experience, onsite cafe and co-working area. A shower and changing room block will also be built alongside a covered bike storage facility.
