REGIO MIDI SMART ROOM CONTROLLERS
Regio Midi are controllers with a built-in temperature sensor and an RS485 communication port. Controllers in different rooms and zones can be connected to a bus line enabling communication with a central SCADA system via RS485 (EXOline, BACnet or Modbus).

- 24VAC Supply Voltage
- Available with or without LCD display
- BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RS485 communication. (Both BACnet & Modbus on LCD version, Modbus only on non LCD versions
- Reduce your IO count by using the on-board IO. (Local zone valve control, damper actuator, additional temperature sensor (PT1000), PIR, window contact, CO2 transmitter, condensation detector etc.)
- On-board tempeature sensor
- Optional fan control (includes fan button, otherwise no fan button on-board)
- Optional hidden setpoint version
- Installed in various Hotels, Schools, Universities, Nursing Homes, Primary Healthcare Centres, Offices etc.
- Download and easily configure the controller via the free software Application tool. Same software for all Configurable controller from Regin. Corrigo 5, Exigo, and Regio
